Our guardianship services help ensure the medical and personal care needs of vulnerable, incapacitated adults are met. Services provided vary with the client’s physical condition, mental condition, and living situation but generally include:Â
Regular visits with clients to monitor their care and well-being
Monitoring client's safety, security, nutrition, medications, and health status
Advocating for the client’s needs and personal preferences
Healthcare coordinationÂ
Consent to medical treatment
Arrange for in-home care or assisted living facility, memory care, or skilled nursing facility
Work closely with a conservator to coordinate with community services, medical providers, DSHS, VA, Medicare, and other entities to assure our clients receive the maximum benefits
