Our Concierge Wellness Memberships are designed for individuals who want more than occasional guidance—they want a trusted partner walking alongside them on their health journey. These personalized wellness plans provide ongoing access to a dedicated concierge nurse who offers expert insight, lab interpretation, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and thoughtful support as you work toward your wellness goals. Through regular virtual visits, members receive individualized wellness planning, education, and advocacy that help bring clarity and confidence to complex health decisions. TMN offers two levels of membership—Essential Concierge Wellness and Signature Concierge Wellness—allowing you to choose the level of support and frequency of guidance that best fits your needs and wellness goals. Essential Concierge Wellness Membership Includes: This membership provides structured support while allowing clients to move forward at a comfortable pace, with expert insight and encouragement every step of the way. - 1 Initial 45-minute Planning Visit (first month) - 2 Biweekly 30-minute Virtual Visits per month - Personalized Wellness Plan (updated monthly) - Lab interpretation (traditional and specialty) - Nutrition and lifestyle guidance - Supplement recommendations (if appropriate) - Secure messaging (Mon–Fri business hours) Labs and supplements billed separately. Signature Concierge Wellness Membership Includes: This level of membership provides a higher level of accountability, support, and clarity for clients who want to take a more proactive and focused approach to their long-term health and wellness. - 1 Initial 60-minute Comprehensive Planning Visit - 4 Weekly 30-minute Virtual Visits per month - Ongoing wellness plan refinement - Lab review and testing strategy - Nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance - Pre-appointment advocacy coaching - Secure messaging (Mon–Fri business hours) Labs and supplements billed separately
