Service Description
A Virtual Concierge Wellness Consultation is the ideal first step for individuals who want clarity and guidance in their health and wellness journey. During this one-on-one visit, you will meet with a registered concierge nurse who will take time to listen to your concerns, discuss your health goals, review any existing lab results, and help you better understand what may be influencing your overall wellbeing. Together, we will identify practical next steps and determine whether one of our wellness programs, specialty testing options, or additional services may be the best fit for your needs. These consultations can also be booked anytime for lab review, wellness questions, medication or lifestyle discussions, and personalized guidance to help you move forward with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Our Concierge Health & Wellness Packages are a month-to-month contract service. Before beginning with one of these packages, each client must have an initial assessment to determine whether this program is a good fit for the client. This one-time, initial assessment will have a charge of $75 and the assessment will take 1 to 1.5 hours.
