Hi, I’m Liz—a registered nurse, healthcare advocate, and the founder of That’s My Nurse and the That’s My Nurse Restorative Wellness Center.

I created That’s My Nurse because I saw a need that wasn’t being met: people were leaving doctor’s appointments confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next—especially those managing chronic conditions, complex symptoms, or multiple medications. Too many individuals and families were trying to navigate healthcare alone, and too often, they felt rushed, dismissed, or unheard.

At the heart of That’s My Nurse is a simple mission: to help people understand their health and feel empowered to take charge of it—with support that is compassionate, clear, and unhurried. I believe healthcare should never feel like a guessing game, and no one should feel alone in the process of advocating for their well-being.

As That’s My Nurse grew, so did the vision. The Restorative Wellness Center was created as an extension of what we’ve always done—offering a more intentional, whole-person approach to wellness that addresses not only the physical body, but also mental and emotional well-being. Through nurse-led consultations, wellness testing, and personalized programs, we help clients connect the dots, explore root contributors, and build a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive.

My faith has played a major role in this journey. I believe caring for others is a calling, and That’s My Nurse is the result of that calling being lived out with purpose. While our services are grounded in professionalism and evidence-informed support, our approach is also rooted in compassion, integrity, and genuine care for the whole person.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a more supportive path forward, my goal is for you to feel this from the moment you connect with us: you are seen, you are supported, and you don’t have to figure this out alone.
